AI Strategy Consultant / Senior Manager (Ex-Deloitte / Accenture Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Strategy Consultant / Senior Manager with a strong management consulting background to lead enterprise-level AI initiatives. This role requires a business-first mindset, where the consultant will work closely with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, build business cases, and drive execution from strategy to deployment. The ideal candidate comes from top consulting firms like OpenKyber, and has proven experience bridging business and technology teams to deliver impactful AI programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute AI Strategy aligned with business priorities
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI / GenAI use cases
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and strategic roadmaps for AI initiatives
• Lead end-to-end AI programs (use case build deploy adoption)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and AI engineers
• Present strategies and insights to senior leadership and executives
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business, data, and technology teams
• Oversee implementation and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 15+ years in Management Consulting / AI / Analytics / Digital Transformation
• Strong experience in AI Strategy, Machine Learning, Analytics, and GenAI
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI programs
• Experience working with business stakeholders (NOT just IT teams)
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and AI initiatives
• Prior experience with top consulting firms (OpenKyber, etc.)

Highly Preferred

• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI platforms and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Exposure to data strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture
• Understanding of AI governance, risk, and ethical AI practices
