We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and competitive Summer Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives to join our growing Pest Control team. This is a self-generated sales role focused on prospecting neighborhoods, building customer relationships, and closing residential pest control service agreements through direct interaction.

Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing and direct sales
Generate and close self-sourced pest control service accounts
Educate homeowners on pest prevention, treatment options, and service benefits
Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospective customers
Overcome objections and confidently communicate value-driven solutions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and completed sales
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and positive energy
Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance coaching
Follow company sales processes, compliance standards, and territory guidelines
Previous door-to-door, direct sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in the field
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Positive attitude with strong resilience and persistence
Coachable and eager to learn proven sales techniques
Reliable transportation preferred
