Sanitation Worker

Location: Vacaville, CA

Shift: Swing Shift | 5:00 PM – 1:30am

Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional weekends and overtime required)

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Overview

Our client is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to support their production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring high sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor to support food safety and quality operations.

You’re Good At

• Performing sanitation and cleaning of food production equipment using water, chemicals, and sanitizing solutions
• Breaking down and reassembling machinery to clean hard-to-reach areas (under supervision or once trained)
• Following detailed sanitation procedures and safety protocols
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, drains, walls, and other production surfaces
• Lifting, moving, and handling equipment and cleaning supplies (up to 40 lbs regularly)
• Working in wet, humid environments while wearing PPE
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Extra Awesome If You Have

• Previous experience in a sanitation or utility role in a food manufacturing or production facility
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety protocols
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
