Job Title: Sales Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our client to support talent acquisition efforts for a growing sales organization. In this role, you will drive full cycle recruiting for various sales openings, ensuring the business is equipped with high performing talent. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to understand evolving needs, shape candidate profiles, and manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. This position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact on team growth and hiring success.
Compensation:
$35.00 to $38.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Recruiter:
• Lead full cycle recruiting for sales positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Build strong partnerships with sales leadership to understand hiring goals and refine role requirements
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach to cultivate a strong pipeline
• Facilitate screenings, manage interview logistics, and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and share updates on pipeline progress and metrics
Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Recruiter:
• At least three years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales hiring
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ripline or similar tools
• Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort identifying passive talent through multiple channels
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications related to performance, experience, and team fit
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship building skills
