Job Description

We're seeking a Quality Manager to lead and elevate quality across precision machining, CNC, and fabrication operations. This role is hands-on and strategic-owning the quality system, driving continuous improvement, and partnering closely with operations and engineering to deliver best-in-class products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality team across machining and fabrication

Own the Quality Management System (ISO-based) and customer compliance

Oversee inspection and measurement processes, including CMM and GD&T

Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement

Partner with operations to reduce scrap, rework, and customer escapes

Lead audits, supplier quality, and new process validations

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

8+ years of quality experience in manufacturing

Strong background in CNC machining, fabrication, and CMM inspection

Experience leading quality teams and quality systems

Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA, CAPA, PPAP/APQP
