Night Auditor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you'll assist fans with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional fan service with a warm, professional, and polished demeanor at all times.

Handle fan concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and discreetly.
- Complete fan check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently during overnight hours.
- Maintain complete knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
- Answer phones, emails, and fan inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Management as needed overnight.
- Perform the nightly audit process accurately and on time.
- Balance all hotel revenue transactions, including room charges, restaurant outlets, parking, and other departments.
- Verify credit card transactions and billing accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management.
- Ensure all postings and adjustments are properly documented.
- Maintain strict attention to detail with financial reporting
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies before the end of shift.
- Follow all accounting, PCI compliance, and internal control procedures.
- Provide clear and detailed shift reports for morning leadership and department managers.
- Communicate all important incidents, fan complaints, maintenance issues, and operational updates.
- Ensure proper pass-on communication between overnight and daytime memberss.
- Monitor hotel activity and report suspicious behavior immediately.
- Follow emergency procedures and assist during incidents or fan emergencies.
- Conduct property walks when required to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained overnight.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera, Infor , or similar platforms.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, reporting systems, and accounting software efficiently.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Serve as the overnight leader on duty and make sound operational decisions when management is unavailable.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and experience
