Private Chef
Sarasota, FL

A private Sarasota estate is seeking an experienced, creative, and organized in-home chef to prepare fresh, high-quality meals and manage the household's daily culinary needs.

DUTIES:
- Prepare home-cooked meals as requested by the owners, using the opportunity to be more
creative when guests are present.
- Must have working knowledge of nutritional guidelines
- Submit weekly menus for approval.
- Shop for the best possible food products available.
- Maintain the entire kitchen in a neat, clean, and organized manner at all times, as this is a private residence.
- Be flexible when guests are present at the residence.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in residence.
- Always use discretion with respect to the principals’ privacy.
- When Chef is off duty, meals and snacks for the weekend/off-days shall be prepared in
advance as requested.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Private chef with in-home experience preferred but not required 

TERMS:
- Work Schedule: The regular workweek will generally be Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00
a.m. – 7:00 p.m. FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED.
- Weekend and Holiday Work: Weekend and holiday work may be required when the family
and/or guests are present at the residence. Compensatory time off will be provided to cover
those days worked.
- Vehicle: A vehicle will be provided for on-the-job duties.
- Confidentiality: Employee must sign a confidentiality agreement.
- A clean driving record and background check will be required
