About the role:
Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives in a dynamic, feedback-driven culture? We’re looking for a Principal Engineer or Architect to help shape the future of Ministry Brands’ next generation of AI-driven products.
You’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure that power agentic architectures—directly supporting production-ready AI systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data architecture, AI technologies, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that drive innovation and business growth.

What you'll do:
Design and build robust data pipelines and architectures that support next-generation AI-driven products.
Implement rigorous data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Mitigate bias and ensure fairness in AI models and data pipelines.
Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.
Collaborate across teams to innovate and bring transformative ideas to life.
