Pay

• $70,000-$100,000 annually. 

• The compensation package stated above is structured to include both base pay and commission , with the final compensation depending on the candidate's experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a crew involved in plumbing work

• Coordinates the work of related crafts

• Assign work to crew or project members

• Issues material lists for each job assigned

• Checks and completes work records

• Estimates materials for labor costs

• Orders materials and supplies

• Reports on jobs and projects in progress

• Installs, maintains, and repairs gas, waste, and sewer pipes for various systems such as gas and heating

• Sets fixtures and installs pumps, valves, controls, and pump drains

• Tests water heating systems

• Inspects systems for repair needs

• Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record

• Able to pass a drug test and a background check

• Plumber's License

• Ability to read and understand piping and blueprint layouts

• Can communicate effectively orally and in writing

• Demonstrates Ethical Behavior

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
