Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We need practical experience building solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including lists, libraries, permissions, site setup, and content governance.
• We require experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, including workflow design, data modeling, and dashboard or report development.
• We expect the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, SQL, or similar data tools and reporting architecture is strongly preferred.
• We value strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with PMO teams, project managers, commercial stakeholders, and technical support partners.
• We need the ability to work with structured and semi-structured data, perform data transformation, and support reporting across multiple business systems.
• We are seeking someone who can work independently in a small, evolving program environment and deliver practical solutions that balance governance, usability, and speed to value.

• We design, configure, and maintain SharePoint-based data structures such as lists, libraries, metadata, views, permissions, and related site architecture to support the PPM operating model.
• We develop and support Power Automate workflows for intake, approvals, reminders, milestone tracking, document completeness checks, and other repeatable PMO processes.
• We build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting views that provide visibility into project status, milestones, risks, commercial controls, and portfolio health.
• We develop Power Apps, forms, or other low-code applications to simplify data capture, improve usability, and reduce manual effort for project managers and support teams.
• We support integration of the PPM platform with enterprise data sources such as SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, OnePM, and other approved systems in coordination with system owners and IT.
• We configure and validate AI-enabled capabilities such as SharePoint agents, Copilot-assisted experiences, metadata enrichment, and governed content structures to improve search and summarization quality.
