Must have prior pizza making experience.
Responsibilities:\u2028- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specific recipes and customer requests\u2028- Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking\u2028- Prepare dough by stretching, tossing, and shaping it into pizza crusts\u2028- Add toppings, such as cheese, sauce, vegetables, and meats, to pizzas\u2028- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to management\u2028- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment regularly\u2028- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Requirements:\u2028- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times\u2028- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices\u2028- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously\u2028- Strong attention to detail to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection\u2028- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required

Looking for an experienced Pizza Maker. 2 plus years preferred.

Must be able to stand for shift, must be able to stretch dough, top dough, land in oven, pull from oven, cut, box and tag accurately in a fast-paced environment. Speed and accuracy are a must. Must be able to do any prep that may or will be needed for the shift working.
