Job Description

F&F Pizzeria is seeking Pizza Cooks! In this role you will work closely with the team to prep, organize, and execute pizza preparation helping to deliver a smooth service while upholding company standards. Individuals should possess a passion for food, a team mentality, and a proactive attitude. Opening experience is a plus! 

Job Requirements: 

• 1+ years pizza/dough making experience
• Knowledge of NYC DOH health regulations- NYC Food Handler’s Certification preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity working with deck pizza ovens, and high volume production 
• Basic knife skills and comfort in a small kitchen
• Strong communication, organization, and a team player
• Flexible availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High attention to detail and adherence to recipes
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
