LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant supporting office operations and the mailroom, working Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity offering consistent part-time hours.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative and mailroom support to Human Resources and Office Services
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, shipping, and courier coordination
Assist with laptop shipping and coordinating IT-related support logistics for employees
Support visitor management, guest access, and office/building security processes
Maintain and organize reception areas, conference rooms, kitchen, and office supplies
Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with office events
Serve as liaison for vendors, building management, and maintenance requests
Handle projects and administrative support using Microsoft Office programs
Occasionally provide coverage/support at the reception desk (no phone answering responsibilities)
Monitor and manage postage/mailroom equipment and supply inventory
Requirements:
3–5 years of administrative experience; mailroom or office services experience preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling urgent or time-sensitive tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Seeking someone entry-level to mid-level who can jump in quickly and provide proactive support
Key Details:
Compensation: $19–$23 per hour based on experience
