Hand and upper extremity cases are high-volume, high-variety, and waiting. You'll have a full case load from day one, 1–3 APPs supporting your practice, and the infrastructure of Illinois' largest health system behind you.

BC/BE in orthopedic surgery with fellowship training in hand and upper extremity. Licensed in Illinois or eligible. But the credential is the floor, not the ceiling.

Microsurgery is in your toolkit, not just your CV. Complex nerve repairs, replantation, soft tissue reconstruction – you've done it and you want to keep doing it at volume.
