  • OWN Your Pelvic Health
  • Denver, CO

Job Description

We’re growing, and we’re looking for the person who’s going to help us do it well. OWN Your Pelvic Health is a multidisciplinary pelvic floor therapy and doula practice in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood - the only clinic in the city offering both under one roof. We also partner with The OWN Project, a nonprofit providing scholarship care for people who couldn’t otherwise access our services. It’s a small but mighty operation, and we’re at a point where we need someone who can help hold it all together behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a salaried Office Manager position with real growth built into it. You’ll start by getting deep into our day-to-day: managing client care coordination, supporting our clinical and doula teams, and owning the back-end operations that keep everything running smoothly. The vision is for you to eventually oversee a small team of client care coordinators and serve as the operational right hand of the practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a people person who’s also incredibly organized. Clients love you and spreadsheets don’t scare you.
  • You’ve managed people before, or you’re clearly ready to. You know how to hold a team accountable with warmth.
  • You care about women’s health, birth, and/or community care - you don’t need a clinical background, but you need to get why this work matters.
  • You’re a self-starter who can figure things out without being micromanaged, and you communicate proactively when you need support.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Directly supervise and support 1–2 Client Care Coordinators, including onboarding, training, and day-to-day guidance
  • Serve as first point of escalation for CCC questions, conflicts, or coverage gaps
  • Conduct regular check-ins with CCCs and contribute to performance feedback
  • Manage scheduling and shift coverage across the care coordination team

Operations & Systems

  • Own back-end clinic operations including client record workflows, task cadences, and internal communication protocols
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden on clinical staff
  • Oversee client records, documentation standards, and data accuracy across platforms

Financial Administration

  • Oversee payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Track and report on key operational metrics (scheduling fill rates, cancellations, etc.)

Doula Program Coordination

  • Serve as operational point of contact for the doula team
  • Manage doula client intake, matching logistics, and follow-up processes
  • Coordinate communication between doula clients and doula providers

Provider & Partner Relations

  • Support coordination with OWN Collective partner providers (scheduling, communication, logistics)
  • Assist with provider onboarding and ongoing relationship management

Marketing & Community

  • Oversee CCC support of marketing tasks; may directly execute higher-level marketing coordination (newsletters, event planning, partner outreach)
  • Support planning and execution of clinic events and community programming
  • Assist with OWN Project operational needs as capacity allows

Culture & Client Experience

  • Model and uphold OWN's standards for trauma-informed, warm, inclusive client and team interactions
  • Ensure the clinic environment reflects the practice's values for all who walk in

If you’re someone who wants to grow with a practice that’s doing something genuinely different, we’d love to hear from you.

In order to apply, please send a resume and cover letter to [email protected] and fill out this form:

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

Benefits:
