Full-Time Mobile Fill-In Janitor (Utility Crew)

Location: Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas (Start/end your day at our main office; company vehicle provided while on the clock!)

Shift: Monday – Friday, starting at 5:00 PM. End times vary based on nightly needs (Shift window is 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM). Note: 1 weekend per month is required.

Pay: $16.00 / hour + Exclusive Position Bonuses!

What You'll Do (The Role)

You'll keep our operations running smoothly by providing top-tier cleaning support wherever it's needed most each night. Duties include:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standards.

• Emptying trash and recycling bins.

• Stepping into different commercial properties nightly and learning new routines quickly.

Physical Requirements: This is an active, fast-paced, and physically demanding role. You’ll be performing repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, vacuuming, and carpet scrubbing.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Because you will be driving company vehicles to various job sites, the driving and background requirements are essential for this role:

• License & Driving Record: Must have a valid AZ driver’s license held for at least the last 5 years with a clean record (no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations).

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to start at 5:00 PM daily, work varying night hours up until 3:00 AM, and commit to working 1 required weekend per month.

• Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from our main office daily.

• Work History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior janitorial experience is preferred, but adaptability and a great attitude are key!).

• Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
