Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

We’re hiring 50 Mechanical Assemblers to support a growing data center product line. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and can handle hands-on work , you will be considered. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Following work instructions and blueprints
• Using tools like screwdrivers, impact drills, and tape measures
• Inspecting your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Working with a team to hit production goals

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (assembly, construction, warehouse, etc.)
• Ability to use basic tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• A can-do attitude and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Consistent hours with potential for overtime

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing floor (not climate controlled; airflow maintained in warmer months)
• Hands-on, active work using tools throughout the day
• Team-oriented setting with shared production space

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
