Mail Inserter/Bindery - Tues & Fri 5pm - 12am Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Second Shift (05:00pm to 12:00am )

• Operate mail inserting and bindery equipment, including basic troubleshooting techniques, loading hoppers, and understanding control functions and fault lights
• Perform tasks such as stacking inserts and bundles efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Assist other staff members as needed to support overall department goals
• Always display safe working habits and proper employee conduct, working cooperatively with others
• Work collaboratively within a team in a busy, deadline-driven environment
• Accept and follow written and verbal direction from Mailroom Management

Mail Inserter/Bindery - Tues & Fri 5pm - 12am Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a production, bindery, mailroom, or equivalent warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to understand spoken English
• Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Strong commitment to regular attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, which may include night and weekend shifts, beyond the current fixed schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 7 hours per shift, and tolerate loud noise (hearing protection is provided)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Capable of pushing or pulling up to 850 pounds (with leverage)
• Must be able to climb, stoop, stand, kneel, and crawl to access and work in irregular spaces on and around industrial equipment
