HireFrontier is offering a Front Desk/Customer Service Student Internship for students seeking hands-on front-office and customer service experience. As the first point of contact, this intern will greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Greet and check in visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Manage sign-in logs, scheduling, and visitor badges
Provide accurate information and customer service support
Assist with mail distribution, supply organization, and light clerical duties
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front office
Currently enrolled in college or university
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using phone systems and basic office software
Reliable and punctual
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
Familiarity with scheduling or visitor management software
Coursework in business, hospitality, or communications
