Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will take responsibility for A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary point of contact, providing support, information, and issue resolution to customers via phone, email, or chat. Key responsibilities include answering product questions, processing orders, managing complaints with empathy, and maintaining accurate records to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Duties

Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone, email, or chat.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot, identify solutions, and resolve product or service issues.
Order Processing: Manage orders, billing inquiries, account updates, or cancellations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.
Collaboration: Work with other departments (sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues.
Follow-up: Contact customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate customer service software (CRM), databases, and computer systems.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is typical, often with previous experience in customer service or sales.
Common Working Conditions
