Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: India (UAE - Hybrid Model)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly caliber professional with strong technical expertise, IIT educated and specialized experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's technology and AI strategy.
Lead AI-driven product development and innovation initiatives.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams.
Drive system architecture, scalability, and technical excellence.
Align technology roadmap with business goals and growth plans.
Evaluate emerging technologies and implement best practices.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders across UAE and India operations.
Requirements:
IIT graduate, mandatory
Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and implementations.
Strong background in software architecture and product development.
Prior experience in a leadership/CTO/VP Engineering role.
Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
