We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local shuttle position supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations in the Chester / Richmond, VA (23234) area. This is a home-daily, hourly role with steady work and a full benefits package.
Pay: $25.50 per hour

Average Weekly Hours: 40–45 (not guaranteed)

Home daily
4–5 day work week depending on shift
Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Drivers must be flexible with start times and schedules
Shuttle runs between manufacturing and warehouse locations
Combination of drop and hook, live pickup, and live delivery
Drivers enter and exit the truck multiple times per shift
No driver unload
Typical workload ranges from 5–12 loads per day
Training provided on special equipment and auto/self-unloading trailers
Day cabs
Possible slip-seat operation
Truck parking available in Chester, VA and onsite in Richmond
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months verifiable experience (1–2 years preferred)
Must pass enhanced background screening for badge clearance
Completion of customer-specific background check and training required
Union-represented position (drivers may choose whether to pay union dues)
Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday–Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Schedules and start times may vary based on operational needs.
