Location: Oklahoma City OK (Hybrid)
Schedule: Part-Time approximately 15-25 hours per week
Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour based on experience
Reports To: Accounting Manager

Position Summary

At Agility Medical Group we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations. This hybrid role will focus on Accounts Payable bank activity and transaction processing in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience in QBO and be comfortable managing routine accounting tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable including:

  • Entering and coding vendor bills and expenses in QuickBooks Online
  • Verifying invoice accuracy and proper approvals
  • Preparing and recording vendor payments (ACH checks and credit cards)

Manage bank activity in QBO including:

  • Reviewing and posting transactions through the bank feed
  • Matching transactions to bills expenses and deposits
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Part-time hybrid role (some on-site work required especially for remote deposits)
  • Typical schedule of 15-25 hours per week
  • Flexibility available based on workload and deadlines
  • On-site presence required during training and as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
  • Prior experience in an accounting clerk or AP
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Accounts Payable processes
    • Bank feeds and transaction matching
    • Remote deposit capture
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience processing ACH payments
  • Familiarity with month-end close activities
  • Experience supporting a multi-location or growing organization
  • Accounting coursework or degree (not required)
