We are seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant to join our team. This role will involve designing, configuring, and supporting Netvibes dashboards, enabling real-time insights, KPI tracking, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platforms, Netvibes dashboard development, data visualization, and integration with enterprise systems.

Job Title: 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant

Location: Dearborn, MI 48126 (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months

The 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant is responsible for designing and configuring dashboards on the Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant role focuses on enabling real-time program visibility, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting.

The 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant will work with data from ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, ALM, and other enterprise systems to build meaningful dashboards. This 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant position also involves configuring widgets, managing user roles, and ensuring data accuracy and usability. Overall, the 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes Developer / Dashboard Consultant plays a critical role in delivering actionable insights and improving decision-making processes.

This position focuses on creating and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into engineering, program management, and quality processes. The role ensures that stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable insights through well-designed and role-based dashboards.

• Design and configure Netvibes dashboards for program management, engineering governance, and executive reporting
• Create and customize dashboards using standard 3DEXPERIENCE widgets, KPIs, charts, and tables
• Configure role-based dashboard views and layouts aligned with user personas
• Integrate data from ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, ALM, and external systems
• Consume and integrate 3DEXPERIENCE platform web services
• Support dashboard administration, maintenance, and performance optimization
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across dashboards
• Develop training materials and support user adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and IT

• 8+ years of experience in dashboard development or platform configuration
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Netvibes
• Strong understanding of ENOVIA data model and 3DEXPERIENCE roles/security
• Experience with dashboard widgets, KPI configuration, and data visualization
• Experience consuming 3DEXPERIENCE platform web services
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs for custom widget development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in hybrid and cross-functional environments

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering industries
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Knowledge of change management and issue workflows
• Experience in program and quality governance processes
